Holy Bean is a micro-roastery that is housed in the beautiful old power plant in Aarup on Vestfyn. They work with pure ingredients and select the finest specialty coffees, and create a fantastically tasty and sustainable coffee experience. Holy Bean believes in craftsmanship and good qualities – from the farmer’s own hand to the perfect roasting and brewing.​

Sine Klejs Gren, who owns Holy Bean, and her employees believe in the lighter roast and more feminine flavor nuances, that make the coffees softer and more floral. Every day they work to improve their light-roasted coffees.
