Komma Kaffe is a local roastery in Søborg, which has over 50 years of coffee history. Although the equipment is not the same, as they were back then, and the green coffee beans are purchased from a higher shelf, the location is the same. Komma Kaffes heritage and the stories are protected with respect, curiosity, and inspiration to make as much effort as possible to produce quality coffee at moderate prices

All Komma Kaffe´s coffees is roasted maximum as a medium roast so that the coffee retains flavor nuances from the bean variety and processing method.
The coffee director at Komma Kaffe is Omar Maagaard Hossain. Omar is a recognized expert on the Danish coffee scene with over two decades of experience, and was one of the Danish section of SCAE – Specialty Coffee Association of Europe. He uses his extensive knowledge of coffee to ensure the high quality and to tailor the best taste experiences the black drink has to offer.
