The coffee from Brazil is a classic coffee which is characterized by being round and full-bodied in taste with notes of almond, dried fruit and an aftertaste of dry cocoa.
This coffee is grown at 1000-1200 m above sea level, and the processing method is natural. This processing gives body and an extra sweet character to the coffee.
The coffee comes from one of the largest coffee regions in Brazil, the Cerrado Mineiro. A large region located in the state of Minais Gerais in the southeastern part of Brazil. The coffee farms in this region produce each year around 5 million bags of coffee and the first in Brazil to receive the Protected Designation of Origin.
